Middle School Team Lead

The Middle School Team Lead is responsible for the management of all aspects of middle school social and emotional learning programming for the Education Department. These include: developing and strengthening key stakeholder relationships to support middle school program growth, program implementation, budget development and management, program funding support, program evaluation, community education, and all administrative tasks associated with middle school program management. The Middle School Team Lead also works closely with additional Frameworks staff on all marketing, development, funding, and grant writing efforts for middle school programs. Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) Program Specialist

The role of the Social and Emotional Learning (SEL)  Program Specialist is to support and coach teachers and other school or program staff using high-quality evidence-based programming to the community using an array of best-practices identified by Frameworks of Tampa Bay, Inc.  The SEL Program Specialist also develops a positive school community with teachers, administrators, and parents through networking, training, and delivering presentations.
