Director of Development

The role of the Director of Development is to oversee and manage annual development plan that meets or exceeds annual approved budget revenues.  Responsible for all fundraising initiatives of the organization. (S)he is directly responsible for the development and implementation of the annual giving campaign, including cultivating and maintaining relationships with new and existing donors, cultivating corporate sponsorships, and in conjunction with Grants Manager, researching and writing grant proposals. The Director of Development is responsible for managing the organization’s annual signature luncheon and annual fund drive, as well as other donor-focused events. As a member of the leadership team, (s)he guides strategic planning and budgeting initiatives relevant to fundraising and grants. Additionally, (s)he develops and works collaboratively with other team members to implement marketing and communications plans and strategies relevant to fundraising for the organization. Social & Emotional Learning (SEL) Program Specialist

The role of the Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) Program Specialist is to provide services outlined in fiscal year program deliverables by implementing high-quality, evidence-based programming to partner schools and organizations using an array of best practices identified by Frameworks of Tampa Bay, Inc. The SEL Program Specialist develops positive school communities (grades preK-12) with teachers, administrators, and parents through professional development, coaching support, modeling, and the provision of appropriate resources and supports. This position reports directly to the Program Partnership Manager and works closely with all Education Team members to ensure best practices, consistent programming, and completion of all approved deliverables.
