Paolina has worked with children for more than 24 years, dedicating her career to promoting healthy development and learning. She has worked with children of all ages in various educational settings, including preschools, elementary schools, and Early Head Start programs. Her expertise lies in creating engaging activities that promote learning and behavioral skills, with a strong focus on emotional intelligence. She has developed and implemented these activities to improve students’ social skills and emotional awareness, and has provided guidance and support to educators, supervisors, and families. Paolina has also mentored educators to enhance their teaching practices and promote emotional intelligence in the classroom. In addition to her teaching experience, Paolina has held leadership positions where she has trained and supported teams of educators, refining her skills in leadership, team management, and professional development. Her experience also includes working with at-risk students and families from diverse backgrounds.

I am thrilled to join Frameworks of Tampa Bay as an EQ Specialist, where I can apply my expertise to support the implementation of emotional intelligence programs in schools. My passion for emotional intelligence aligns perfectly with Frameworks’ mission, and I am excited to contribute to creating a more empathetic and resilient community.
