Why You Work at Frameworks:

As a first-generation Cuban immigrant, I wish I had had an organization like Frameworks to teach me social and emotional skills in childhood. I had to grow up fast: learn a new language, learn a new way of life, and simultaneously educate my parents about all of the above. Emotional intelligence skills are crucial to success, especially now as an adult myself learning relationship skills and self-management. I am ecstatic to help empower children to lead successful lives of their own in all aspects.
