Alexia is an educator with over 12 years of experience working with children in various educational settings. She is passionate about supporting both children and their families by creating learning experiences that foster growth, resilience, and emotional intelligence.
Throughout her career, Alexia has cultivated environments where students feel safe, engaged, and empowered to explore and learn. Her work is grounded in the belief that meaningful learning happens when emotional well-being is prioritized alongside cognitive development.
Alexia has also held leadership roles within a federal non-profit organization serving at-risk students and families. In these roles, she has coached educators, led professional development trainings, implemented effective practices, and contributed to the design of responsive, high-quality classroom environments. She also collaborates with community agencies to strengthen support systems and improve outcomes for children and their families.
