Why You Work at Frameworks:
As a first-generation Cuban immigrant, I had to grow up fast: learn a new language, learn a new way of life, and simultaneously educate my parents about all of the above while they, too, adjusted in their own way. Having emotional intelligence support and the opportunity to develop my EQ skills as a child embarking on such an unfamiliar journey would have helped my family and I tremendously. Now, I take deep pride working with this incredible team to make sure as many children, families, teachers, and mentors have access to EQ and the doors to success it helps us all unlock.
