Why You Work at Frameworks:
As a classroom teacher I have witnessed first-hand the effectiveness of incorporating and teaching emotional intelligence to children and youth, at any age. I have enjoyed watching both my pre-school and high-school students diffuse arguments, regulate their own emotions, and improve academically, all because of the EQ skills they developed. Being a part of the Frameworks team gives me the opportunity to share my belief in the power of emotional intelligence with our partners and the children they serve. I have found that EQ is the foundational skill on which all other skills can thrive. I am motivated by this work and am proud to play a small part in helping young people develop the skills that help them learn, grow, and succeed.
