Why You Work at Frameworks:
Joining Frameworks was an important step in my own mission to continue to support the community where I grew up. Our mission reflects the work I have been passionate about throughout my entire career. I believe that student success extends far beyond academic success. In my classrooms, I intentionally fostered self-awareness, empathy, resilience, collaboration, and responsible decision-making by creating a safe and supportive environment where students felt valued, heard, and empowered to grow. I encouraged students to build strong relationships, navigate challenges with confidence, and develop the interpersonal skills needed to succeed both inside and outside the classroom. Joining Frameworks allows me to continue working on a broader scale and contribute to an organization that is transforming lives through the power of emotional intelligence.
