Relevant Work Experience:
Rachel began her career as a Title 1 elementary school teacher and quickly recognized her passion for making a difference. For over sixteen years, she has served higher education institutions, K12 school districts and nonprofits as an academic coach, leader and consultant with the primary goal to increase access.
