Relevant Work Experience:

Enhanced the business category and development strategy for partner brands. I managed a networking group of over 100 members and developed incentive programs to boost consumer lead generation. Additionally, I spearheaded community development initiatives within strategic networking groups in Tampa Bay County.
Led a global team of 25, driving a 4% year-over-year departmental growth and managing a $1 million budget in print and marketing services. My role included overseeing a digital transformation project that utilized consumer insights to optimize strategies, as well as managing a global account, where I ensured brand consistency and alignment across business units. I also played a vital role in the advertising efforts in Southern California, overseeing media placement and data analysis to enhance advertising effectiveness and brand representation in major publications.

Why You Work at Frameworks:

I believe that Frameworks of Tampa Bay business model has immediate and direct impact on the Tampa community – not only helping children with emotional intelligence and development to be kind, collaborative, and capable – but effectively training the trainers to equip children with the knowledge, which is an expansion of their reach. Advancement and growth of the organization will only service to improve the broader community while providing measured results and gratification that we at Frameworks can be proud of.
