Daphne has worked as an elementary school principal, middle school assistant principal, and teacher in Pinellas County for over 20 years. She brings extensive experience in school management planning and improvement, teacher professional development, and youth leadership programming.

Within collaborative intersections of public education and non-profit organizations, she engages in actions supporting teachers in accessing academic and community resources to empower children and their families.
