Why You Work at Frameworks:
I’ve discovered how crucial it is to cultivate social and emotional skills during my years at school and at work. I think it’s critical for both students and adults to develop self-awareness, self-management, responsible decision-making, interpersonal skills, and social awareness needed for success in school, the workplace, and life. Through Frameworks of Tampa Bay, I am confident that we will work to assist students in developing emotional intelligence, which will provide them with the tools they need to be successful in life.
