Every step of the way, social and emotional learning has been an essential piece to all of her work, as it is the foundation to success for youth and those working with youth.

Why You Work at Frameworks:

Frameworks perfectly aligns with all I have ever wanted for the youth-serving community. For 25 years I have been teaching/coaching/training the concepts and the importance of creating a safe, engaging, and empowering environment for everyone. Frameworks is right here, bringing that all together for the Tampa Bay area. Social and emotional learning is the essential foundation to the successful lifestyles that our youth not only need but deserve, and as a community we owe them the opportunities to surpass even our highest expectations. I have witnessed the positive impact that programs with social and emotional learning at the forefront can (and do) have and look forward to continuing the journey with Frameworks.
